Baltic Caucus

The Baltic Caucus is made up of Members of the U.S. House of Representatives and the United States Senate who share a common interest in the Baltic States of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.  The Baltic Caucus is chaired by Congressman John Shimkus (R-IL) and Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-OH).
